The Customer Service/Sales Representative is the main line of communication with customers related to providing information relating to products and services, handling inquiries, receiving customer orders including changes, obtaining customer feedback including customer complaints, and establishing specific requirements for relevant contigency actions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Duties Establish and maintain positive customer relations via telephone, email, and marketing.
Prepare customer quotations for KIN-TEK products and follow-up to ensure customers have requested information.
- Learn and understand permeation tube products, instruments, and industry applications to aid in growing customer base.
Establish and maintain contact with potential customers, identify decision makers, and recommend products to obtain customer purchase order.
Secure new sales, grow customer base, develop new leads, resolve customer issues & complaints, or take other steps to achieve customer satisfaction.
Gather competitive information and recommend making operational or procedural changes achieve better customer satisfaction to fulfill ISO requirements.
Understand shipping terms, freight terms, sales terms, procurement terms, and other business practices to insure proper communication/interaction with customers.
Follow up with Customers and assess win/loss reasons and communicate to Supervisor.
Monitor market to anticipate /identify customer application needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Review customer purchase orders for acceptance against established criteria and communicate with Customer to resolve any issues.
- Follow established procedures for quoting products, accepting customer purchase orders, and confirming accuracy and status of order to customer.
Upon acceptance of customer purchase order confirm acceptance to Customer and enter/track it in the sales data base system for follow-up.
Initiate calls to new and existing customers to expand sales of existing products and introducing new products, services.
Document all sales activities, such as customer use and applications of KIN-TEK products, any problems experienced, and explain services that KIN-TEK may provide.
Aid in maintaining ISO 9001:
2015 certification by following established processes and procedures.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and sales activities, as requested by given deadline.
Participate in project teams and educational opportunities to expand product knowledge, sales skills, and marketing initiatives.
Performs other office/administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Sales, Marketing, or technical field with strong initiative to succeed and a desire learn and progress.
Two
years Sales/Customer Service experience preferred ideally with technical products.
Strong computer, typing and software skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and use of sales management tools and databases.
- Proficient in math, basic logic, and able to solve general problems.
Positive Attitude, Self-motivated, Innovative, Punctual, Strong Work Ethic.
Have a desire to learn and grow the business.
- Able to communicate effectively via written emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
