Job Summary The Visa Card Specialist will handle multiple tasks involving debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
We are a fast-paced department and must be able to handle phone calls, portal tickets and emails quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties Assist with debit and credit card disputes.
Investigating, researching, processing and logs.
Answer calls on the call queue, portal tickets and emails to assist bankers and customers with debit and credit card questions, instant issue cards, fraud alerts and disputes, Securlock equip questions and password resets.
Reconciling spreadsheets of multiple GL and DDA accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
Assist with creating and reviewing reports for debit and credit cards.
Review debit card monthly reissue list and remove inactive cards.
Investigate fraud and handle alerts.
File fraud claims for both credit and debit cards Provide backup support to others in the department.
Assist with Visa invoices and reporting.
Create reports for maintaining and monitoring debit and credit cards.
Participates in training to expand knowledge of the department and position.
Assist bankers with login credentials and other needs in multiple systems for debit and credit cards.
Respond to portal tickets and emails sent to Visa Department Order and maintain instant issue cards and supplies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous banking experience preferred.
Detail Oriented Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
Salary Grade 02 EOE/Disability/Veteran.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
