Summary:
Responsible for all Materials Movements for the Fabrication Department.
Works Closely with Shipping and Receiving Department.
In ERP System Job Closing, Submitting Closed Jobs to Accounts Receivable, Scanning of Documents, (I.
E PO Receivers, Job Docs, Shipping Packing Slips, etc.
).
Cycle Counts of Weld Shop Consumables and ensuring 95% Accuracy.
Duties:
Manually or using forklifts, performs various material handling duties in the facility.
Manually or using forklifts or overhead cranes loads or unloads raw material or finished products.
Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas.
Cleans up and disposes of scrap or items not in use in proper container or designated area.
Stocks raw materials into inventory and enters into the company ERP system.
Transfers of materials and finished products between the fabrication and machining departments.
Ensures equipment or tools are in designated area (lots/bins) and is responsible for placing orders for items that need to be restocked.
Cycle counts weekly welding consumables to ensure 95% accuracy.
Acts as shipping department liaison working closely with the company's shipping and receiving department.
Scanning of all PO receivers from sub-contractors and vendors.
Closes down all fabrication jobs and projects in ERP system and submits all documents to accounts receivable for billing.
Scanning of all job documentation into the ERP System.
Will be a part of the company's safety committee.
Performs quarterly in inspections of all company wide rigging slings.
Willingness to perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
1.
Proficient in Microsoft Products to include Outlook, Excel, and Word 2.
Proficient or ability to quickly learn an ERP System 3.
Self-Motivator 4.
Self-Driven 5.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
6.
Willingness to work OT, DT as needed.
