Must be Proficient with Quick Books.
Need working knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
Prefer construction related business office experience but not mandatory.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Reconcile credit card and bank account statements.
Monthly reports for - AP & AR aging - Balance Sheet - Profit Loss - Work In Progress (WIP) - Job Cost Detail - Various misc.
project and subcontractor/vendor reports Enter employee time and cost codes in Quick Books.
Prepare payroll checks.
Enter sales receipts.
Process and pay bills.
Report and pay payroll taxes.
Report sales tax for all companies.
Project setup and enter project estimates in Quick Books.
Prepare and process vendor Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
Prepare project invoices/pay applications.
Prepare project close-out documents.
Prepare year-end tax documents for vendors.
Maintain project files and supplies.
Other duties as assigned or required Normal work hours 8am to 5pm M-F with occasional after hours as required by manager.
