Duties and responsibilities Interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner Prepares food items by following Jersey Mike's quality and food safety procedures Assists customers with orders or other inquiries over the phone Processes sales transactions and maintains proper cash handling procedures Performs routine cleaning and restocking duties Completes opening, closing, change of shift, or other shifts as assigned by Supervisor Performs additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Certifications:
Food Handlers or Safe Serve Card Ability to read, speak, write, and communicate effectively Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and all patrons within the store Perferably 18
and not in school Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds to shoulder height frequently Ability to stand for duration of scheduled shifts Must be able to maintain reasonable attendance Must be able to arrive on time and in uniform at designated times Direct Reports Crew Members report to members of management within their store:
General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Shift Leaders.
